Chairman S.Ye.Naryshkin sends a video message on the 25th anniversary of permanent functioning parliament in Mongolia

The State Great Hural (Parliament) is celebrating these days the 25th anniversary of permanent functioning parliament in Mongolia.

On September 10, 2015, Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Mr. Sergey Yevgenyevich Naryshkin has sent a video message addressing the Chairman of the State Great Hural (Parliament), its members and the people of Mongolia.

In his speech, Chairman S.Ye.Naryshkin emphasized that the state and people of Mongolia overcame great way to build a democratic legal state and a free economy, where achievements in each of the past years are great contribution of the highest organ of state authority that responsibly and professionally carried out the will of the voters.

Democratic changes started in our two countries almost simultaneously, nevertheless it has become more valuable that the current attitude of good neighborhood, friendship and strategic partnership have been strengthening between Russia and Mongolia.
