Deputy foreign minister D.Gankhuyag attending second UN Conference

Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and Economic development of Mongolia, Mr. D.Gankhuyag is representing Mongolia at the Second United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries hosted in Vienna, Austria on November 3 to 5.

The Mongolian delegation will present the policy and priority guidelines of the Mongolian Government for Changes as well as actions it takes towards tackling challenges the landlocked developing countries are facing and providing sustainable green development, call to join multilateral agreement on the establishment of Mongolia-initiated Think Tank for LLDCs and to reflect interests of landlocked developing countries in Post-2015 Development Agenda.

During the conference, Mr. Gankhuyag will have bilateral meetings with representatives of UN ESCAP, World Bank and some landlocked developing countries.
