Deputy minister D.Gankhuyag working in Vietnam

Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Mongolia D.Gankhuyag paid a courtesy call on Deputy Prime Minister and member of Politburo of the Communist Party of Vietnam Nguyễn Xuân Phúc.

Deputy Minister D.Gankhuyag expressed satisfaction with the implementation of agreements reached during a state visit of the President of Mongolia to Vietnam in 2013 and during the 15th meeting of the Mongolia-Vietnam intergovernmental commission and noted that the participation of Mobngolian business people in Vietnam Expo – 2014 attests the increasing interest of the private sectors of the two countries in cultivating productive cooperation.

Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam said there are wider opportunities for implementing joint projects and programs and maintaining closer business connections and re-affirmed that Vietnam will support Mongolia’s application to join APEC once the latter decides to extend its membership.
