Mongolia becomes member of Ecosoc Commissions

Mongolia is unanimously elected a member of the Commission on Population and Development and the Commission on the Status of Women of UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) on April 23.

Thereby, opportunities open up for Mongolia to forward the implementation of initiated by Mongolia within the world community resolutions and decisions related to demographic and social development issues and take active part in activities of the international community.
