Mongolia-Russia information cooperation issues discussed

The Press and Information Departments of the Foreign Ministries of Mongolia and Russia held the first consultative meeting in Ulaanbaatar on December 9. The Mongolian part was led by Deputy Director of the Department of Policy Planning and Research G.Amartuvshin and the Russian part was headed by Deputy Director of the Information and Press Bikantov A.M.

The sides noted that bilateral traditional friendly relations and cooperation are increasingly developing and highlighted that the stimulation of bilateral cooperation of the information departments of the Foreign Ministries, the increase in journalists exchanges will make an important contribution to the promotion of both countries and to the bilateral relations and cooperation. The sides agreed on organizing the consultation regularly.

The same day, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs B.Boldbaatar received the Russian delegation headed by Deputy Director of the Information and Press Bikantov A.M. to share views on bilateral cooperation in the information sphere.
