On December 18, 2014, the “Implementation of the Budget Transparency Law” a national consultation was held at the Great Hall of the Government Palace. Following the opening remarks of Chief of Staff of the Office of the President of Mongolia P.Tsagaan, Minister of Mongolia S.Bayartsogt, Chairman of Information Technology, Post and Telecommunications Authority Ts.Jadambaa, General Auditor A.Zangad and Executive Director of Open Society Forum P.Erdenejargal delivered their speech respectively. Then, President of Mongolia Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj delivered speech.
