The policy will be implemented in two phases, based numerous factors such as the nation’s geographic characteristics, eco system, domestic and global market, development perspectives of infrastructure and technologies. Mongolia’s food and agriculture sector produces 12 percent of the GDP and hosts 30 percent of workplaces.
