President Elbegdorj Attends the Spring Session of the Parliament

Today /2015.04.07/ President of Mongolia Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj attended the opening of the Spring Session of the State Great Khural. According to the Provision 3 of Article 33 of the Constitution of Mongolia and the Presidential full powers, President of Mongolia may attend the sessions of the Parliament at his own discretion and submit proposals concerning vital issues of domestic and foreign policies of the country.
