President Elbegdorj Delivered Speech at the Parliament

Today /2015.01.09/ President of Mongolia Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj delivered speech at the plenary session of the State Great Khural and to the people of Mongolia. According to the Provision 3 of Article 33 of the Constitution of Mongolia and the Presidential full powers, President of Mongolia may attend the sessions of the Parliament at his own discretion and submit proposals concerning vital issues of domestic and foreign policies of the country.
