U.S Defense minister visits Mongolia

U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel paid an official visit to Mongolia on April 10 upon the invitation of Minister of Defense of Mongolia D.Bat-Erdene.

During the visit, the Defense Ministers held official negotiations and signed a joint vision statement on Mongolia-USA military cooperation. While a courtesy call paid on Prime Minister of Mongolia N.Altankhuyag, the U.S. Defense Secretary expressed a satisfaction at the current state of bilateral relations, particularly, bilateral cooperation within defense and peacekeeping operations.
