On May 1, the prize named after the President of Mongolia was given to young medical doctors. A doctor at the Kidney surgery clinic of the State Central First Hospital M.Erdenesaikhan, a doctor at the National Center for Maternal and Children’s Health D.Oyun-Erdene and a doctor at the Shastin General Hospital #3 Kh.Mungun-Ulzii received President’s Prize-2014. Chief of Staff of the Office of the President of Mongolia P.Tsagaan presented the Prize and congratulated doctors for their outstanding achievement and contribution to healthcare sector.
A doctor at the Kidney surgery clinic of the State Central First Hospital M.Erdenesaikhan was awarded for his valuable contribution to the development in kidney transplantation in Mongolia, National Center for Maternal and Children’s Health doctor D.Oyun-Erdene for her contribution to the reduction of infant mortality rate and protecting children’s health and Shastin General Hospital #3 doctor Kh.Mungun-Ulzii for his successful initiative to implant pacemaker in order to normalize heart rhythms and efforts to use new medical technologies.
