Deputy minister D.Gankhuyag visits Albania

Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Mongolia D.Gankhuyag who has paid a working visit to Albania on March 25 and 26 paid a courtesy call on Parliament Speaker of Albania Ilir Meta to share views on intensification of Mongolia-Albania relations and cooperation.

At the meeting, Deputy Minister D.Gankhuyag handed over an invitation of Mongolia’s Parliament Speaker Z.Enkhbold to Mr. Ilir Meta.

The latter said Albania attaches a particular importance to bilateral relations with Mongolia and expressed a willingness to visit Mongolia this year for signing several cooperation documents and organizing a business forum. Like Mongolia, Albania has huge mineral resources. There are wide possibilities for cultivating productive cooperation in the agricultural, mining and tourism sectors which will be conducive to stimulating bilateral trade and economic ties.

The both countries are able to maintain active cooperation within international organizations.
