Snow is already covering Khuvsgul, Bulgan and Selenge provinces, and snow is expected to fall in most provinces today and tomorrow. Weather forecasters say, starting at the end of this week, temperatures are likely to drop.
Today and tomorrow, the weather will be stable with some low temperatures and snow cover in the mountains. But starting the day after tomorrow, the weather will get increasingly cold.
CH.Sarantuya Senior Engineer, National Agency of Meteorology and Environmental Monitoring “The weather forecast says that in the first week of November, and also mid month, we will have falling temperatures mostly in the provinces with cloudy skies. As of today, in the western, central and northern territory of Mongolia, more snow has fallen”.
VO: The department also announced predicted snowfall for November. The northern part of Uvs and the western part of Zavhan Province will see 8 to 11 millimeters of snow, while the Central Province, Huvsgul, Selenge, Bulgan and Khovd will see 4 to 7 millimeters of snow throughout November.
