Today, an open discussion on draft law on State prize was held at the Citizen’s Chamber under the President of Mongolia. According to the Presidential Decree #15 issued on December 4, 2013, draft law on State prize has been implemented by working group consisting 15 lawyers and representatives of many sectors. The discussion was moderated by Public Relations Policy Advisor to the President A.Ganbaatar.
Working group studied relevant legislation and laws of over 10 foreign countries including Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Germany in order to implement the draft law. Also, the Office of the Parliament of Mongolia discussed the draft law with the Office of the President and undertook research using nationwide public opinion.
